37 Flu Remedies

Perhaps one reason some healthy adults die from H1N1 is because they were fed formula milk as infants. Perhaps human milk protects against viral infections into adulthood. Any research looked into this?

I received the H1N1 vaccination a few days ago, and now I am just wondering how long it takes to get full effectiveness, and how safe I am from getting the Swine flu? Also will I pass on immunity to my infant through breast milk? Thanks

I got the H1N1 live vaccine, the one they put through your nose and the regular flu shot (my hospital I work at strongly encourages getting these vaccines). I haven’t got sick myself, but I have heard of people who have.

Just wondering if you could have the both the H1N1 flu and seasonal flu at the same time. If you could, does it make you sicker?
I was told that they arent even considering the seasonal flu any more but grouping it into h1n1.
