37 Flu Remedies

I have had the flu for about a week now, it is getting really bad… I am 18 and have asthma and was a steady smoker until early May. With this flu I cant do anything!
-My body aches
-My nose is stuffy
-I have a headache
-I cant sleep
-I cant breathe
and worse of all
